This Privacy Policy explains how CageReady collects, uses and protects your information when you use the CageReady mobile application and website.

By using CageReady, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your email address
- If you sign in with Google: your email address and the basic profile information provided by Google (such as your name)
If you sign up with an email and password, your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never stored in plain text.
Profile Information
To build a program suited to you, we collect the information you enter during onboarding or in your profile:
- First name and gender
- Date of birth, height and weight, and your preferred unit system
- Available equipment
- Training preferences (number of sessions per week, preferred training days)
- Next fight date
- Reminder preferences
Training & Performance Data
When you use the app, we store:
- Your programs and planned sessions
- Your session history (completed or skipped sessions, loads, reps)
- Your performance test results and scores
Feedback
If you send feedback from the app, we store your rating, your comment and the session it relates to.
Referral Program
Your referral code, the referrals made with it and the associated rewards.
Subscription Information
Your subscription status and purchase history, provided by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment details.
Usage & Diagnostic Data
We automatically collect:
- App usage events (for example: onboarding steps completed, programs generated, sessions started), collected with Amplitude
- Device information (such as device model, operating system version and language) and an approximate location derived from your IP address, collected with Amplitude
- Crash reports and technical error information, collected with Sentry
This data is linked to a random account identifier. We never attach your name, email address or body measurements to it.
Website
On our website, we collect:
- Your email address, if you join the iOS waitlist
- Website analytics data, collected with Google Analytics. Google may collect information according to its own Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
- Provide personalized conditioning programs
- Manage training progression and periodization
- Send the training reminders you enabled
- Manage your subscription and referral rewards
- Improve the app and user experience
- Monitor app performance and stability
- Respond to support requests
- Communicate important service updates
- Notify you when CageReady launches on iOS, if you joined the waitlist
- Analyze website and app usage
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
4. Third-Party Services
CageReady uses the following third-party providers:
- Supabase (authentication and database services)
- Google Sign-In (authentication)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Google Play Billing (payments)
- Amplitude (app usage analytics)
- Sentry (crash reporting)
- Google Analytics (website analytics)
These services process data according to their own privacy policies. Some of them may process data outside the European Union.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and managed with RevenueCat, which identifies you by your random account identifier. CageReady does not directly store your payment information.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where applicable

If you are in the European Union, you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
- Account, profile, training data, feedback and referral data: kept as long as your account exists. They are permanently deleted when you delete your account from the app (immediately), or within 30 days of a deletion request sent by email.
- iOS waitlist: your email address is kept until you ask us to remove it. It is also removed when you delete your CageReady account.
- Purchase history: kept by Google Play and RevenueCat for legal and accounting reasons, according to their own retention policies.
- Crash reports and usage data: kept by Sentry and Amplitude according to their retention periods. Once your account is deleted, the identifier they are linked to no longer matches any account.
- Website analytics: kept by Google Analytics according to its retention settings.

8. Children's Privacy
CageReady is not intended for children under 13 years old.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
